Trailers, containers, and yard space
Our semi-trailer leasing is focused on flexible on-site storage for commercial operations, seasonal surges, inventory, and materials that do not need to occupy warehouse floor space. We confirm the intended use before approval.
Shipping containers provide durable on-site storage for commercial inventory, equipment, and materials. Available configurations are confirmed for each inquiry.
ACT Lease can coordinate delivery and placement for both semi-trailers and shipping containers, subject to the destination, site conditions, equipment availability, and the terms of the agreement.
Industrial yard space is available for qualified commercial users near Rickenbacker. Lot configuration, access, surface requirements, insurance, operational impact, and permitted uses are reviewed during qualification. Availability is confirmed before any commitment is made.
Requirements depend on the service and intended use. The process may include commercial qualification, a signed agreement, a certificate of insurance, payment, and completion of the applicable delivery or move-in steps.
